FAQ
How long is production and shipping to the U.S.?
Standard models: 15–25 days production. Sea freight to U.S. West Coast: ~18–25 days; East Coast: ~30–40 days. Air freight available for sample and 1–3 kg machines.
Can you match U.S. voltage and gas?
Yes — 208V / 240V single-phase or 240V / 480V three-phase, with natural gas or propane burners, configured at the factory.
Do you help with emissions permitting?
We supply matched afterburners and ESP smoke filters and configure the gas train, so your local mechanical engineer has what they need for the air-district and NFPA 86 review. See Emissions & Compliance.
What are payment terms?
T/T bank transfer or L/C for larger orders. Standard terms: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.
