Cast-Iron Drum & Heat System

Our double-walled cast-iron drum separates the flame from the bean chamber, eliminating scorching while preserving the conductive energy that builds body and sweetness. Drum speed is infinitely variable, and the burner modulates smoothly — so your rate-of-rise curve stays exactly where you put it. On our top automatic series, temperature is chased to within ±0.1°C.

Siemens PLC Automation

YS and SD Pro machines run a Siemens touch-screen PLC with OMRON pneumatic servo control. Record your golden batch once, then replay it automatically — feeding, loading, roasting, cooling and discharging — with first-crack and development-time alarms. This is how a junior operator reproduces your head roaster’s profile, shift after shift.

German Dual-Thermocouple Sensing

Famous German dual-thermocouple detectors read both bean and hot-air temperature, feeding live curves to the controls and to Artisan software. Independent roast and cooling fans let you cool one batch while charging the next; motorized cooling trays bring beans to room temperature in 2–3 minutes, locking in aromatics.
