The SD line — Probat tradition
Cast-iron double-wall drum, meticulous time control and a Weishaupt burner on the Pro models. Probat-style drum geometry and full hot-air options for clean, even roasts up to 300 kg.
The YS line — Giesen tradition
German dual-thermocouple sensing, Siemens PLC touch-screen, separated chaff collection and an electroplated 304 shell. The YS-6/12/15 hit the sweet spot of function, capacity and footprint that specialty roasters love.
